However, the service I experienced during the engagement function was disappointing, with significant delays and unprofessional handling from staff. which marred the overall experience.

I had a really decent stay at Bhawna Clarks Inn, which is conveniently located near the Agra-Delhi highway and not too far from the Taj Mahal. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating, making my experience much more enjoyable despite a bit of noise from a party below my room. The food was tasty, especially the breakfast spread, which was worth every penny. However, I think the rooms could use a bit more upkeep.
